Il tempo di absorption è variabile e viene calcolato in base a quanto la batteria richiede davvero, così da non prolungare la carica oltre il necessario sugli accumulatori al piombo.
La modalità BatterySafe limita i danni provocati da una gassificazione eccessiva, mentre la modalità storage riduce manutenzione e invecchiamento nei periodi di inattività. L’apparecchio è predisposto anche per accumulatori al litio LiFePO4.
Sono presenti la connessione NMEA 2000 su CAN bus, il comando a distanza e la funzione PowerControl, che permette di fissare un tetto alla potenza prelevata dalla presa di banchina. Rispetto ad apparecchi di pari prestazioni, ingombro e peso risultano contenuti.
