Il modello 48/1200 preleva da una batteria a 48 V, con campo d’ingresso fra 36,8 e 62 V, e restituisce 120 V in alternata. La presa è una Nema 5-15R con protezione differenziale GFCI, nella versione conforme a UL 458.
Il principio è quello comune a tutta la gamma: alimentare apparecchiature che richiedono corrente di rete a partire dalle batterie di servizio, siano esse a 12, 24 o 48 V.
Rendimento del 92%, protezione IP21, telaio in acciaio con copertura in plastica, peso 7,4 kg ed esercizio fra -40 e 65 °C.
