Descrizione
Una batteria portata a fondo scarica si danneggia, e se resta senza riserva il motore non parte. Il BatteryProtect interviene prima che accada: scollega i carichi non indispensabili quando la tensione scende sotto la soglia impostata.
Il dispositivo è unidirezionale e gestisce la corrente in un solo verso, dal morsetto Battery al morsetto Load: o corrente verso un carico, o corrente proveniente da un caricabatterie, mai entrambe nello stesso momento. Se lo si usa a monte di un carico, al morsetto Battery va collegata la batteria; se lo si usa con un caricabatterie, allo stesso morsetto va collegato il caricabatterie.
